Online reviews play a major role in how potential customers decide which local businesses they want to do business with. When inaccurate, spammy, or policy-violating reviews are made public, they tend to impact a company's reputation and trust. RIDD Pest Control partnered with our review management team to identify and address reviews that violated platform guidelines.

RIDD Pest Control had reviews across several locations that clearly violated review platform policies. Most of them contained low-quality or irrelevant content, including promotional posts, off-topic comments, repetitive text, and other submissions that violate review policies. Others showed signs of spam, fake engagement, or harassment, creating an inaccurate representation of the real customer experience.

Our review management specialists conducted an audit of RIDD Pest Control's reviews, identified policy violations, and submitted detailed removal requests in line with the relevant platform guidelines.
To further improve accuracy and efficiency, we also developed an AI-assisted workflow using Claude Projects. This process helps our team analyze review content more consistently and identify the most applicable policy violation categories before submitting removal requests.
Our efforts resulted in the successful removal of 27 policy-violating reviews across RIDD Pest Control's locations, including 22 removals from the Myrtle Beach location alone.
Beyond this individual success, our review management team has now successfully removed 78 policy-violating reviews across all client accounts. By combining experienced human oversight with AI-assisted analysis, we've created a more scalable, consistent approach to protecting our clients' online reputations.
